"The hotel is well situated off the highway- nice enough but the staff were unpleasant. I called to inquire about a pack and play for our infant and the hotel clerk said it was too late and I’d have to set it up myself. Her tone was annoyed and after a long day of travelling, I expected a warmer welcome."

"The room smelled like people had been smoking in it. My husband is an HVAC tech for many years and asked if they could check the filters in the room. They basically said no they had no staff right now. Furthermore, the room was "clean" but it definitely looked shabby. The front door had streaks of dirt on it. The bathroom grout was grey, and the sink was not particularly clean."

"Maintenance needed in several areas on the property - bath tub had two different types of paints in parts, hall floor in front of the elevator on the 5th floor seemed hollow/damaged in one part, when the AC turned on it smelled like cigarette smoke (and the AC was quite loud).
