"Hotel was less than clean they don't even provide daily service at all. I found the amenities to be that of a two and a half to three star hotel at best. Definitely not a that of a four-star hotel. We fortunately got breakfast included but they had the audacity to charge $17 for breakfast buffet that was barely worth $5. No options for anything else but the buffet and the quality was horrible. Nothing really edible on it couldn't even eat the oatmeal it was watery and tasteless. Don't recommend this hotel many many other options"

"Very disappointing experience – not recommended I arrived at the hotel late at night/early morning after a long trip, only to be told at check-in that my reservation had been canceled. I was never notified in advance—no call, no email, no message of any kind. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional, especially given the hour and the fact that I was exhausted. The staff did not provide a real solution or assistance in finding alternative accommodations. This situation is unacceptable for a hotel. I would not stay here again and do not recommend it to anyone looking for reliable lodging."

"The bathroom lock was loose and the breakfast is not great. I ate the cold cereal. 😏Day, at the front desk was a sweetheart though. "

"The room was spacious and comfortable, parking was good, and the hotel is in a convenient location to where we needed to go. Only complaint is that the pillows are very flat with no support. "

"I was very underwhelmed unfortunately, I had a room that a plug in AC unit and the room was next to another room that had dogs…heard them throughout the day..they didn’t have a phone in the room, I had two wash cloths that looked they were purchased from Walmart, two different colors, you had to ask the front desk for things needed, pretty much everything ; the ratings I saw seems to be embellished because my experience was nowhere near a 9.0 experience."
