"Our instructions were to call the hotel when we arrived. I called twice and no one answered the phone. Since it was after 12:30 am, I decided to get a taxi rather than try calling again. When I mentioned this when we were checking in, I got a bored sigh from the desk clerk. I chose your location as it was the only one that had a 24-hour airport shuttle. The fact I had to pay out of pocket for something that should have been provided is very irritating, and I feel I should be compensated in some manner. "

"This was our second time visiting this Double Tree location in Nashville. It feels welcoming every time we walk through the doors. I really like the room booking I chose it’s the king with a separate living area. The room feels so spacious. The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and body was provided. So it is nice to not have to pack that if you are flying in. It is close to the airport about 5- 10 minutes depending on traffic. But far enough to not be loud with all the planes. I would definitely recommend a stay here if you are looking for a good property well situated in Nashville."

"The lobby of this place smells like a nursing home, my room was hafr clean there was hair on everything and it's not safe my husband went to the desk to ask for my room and they told him without asking for id they didn't so who he was or called to check if I knew him or even wanted him to my room, just gave him the room number and told him to go up. Smh I'll never stay here again."

"Everything was exceptional! Convenient to The Grand Ole Opry, restaurants and shopping. The shower pressure was wonderful too. Will definitely stay there again if we return. Staff very friendly and helpful. "
