"Our room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly with the exception of the housekeeper on our floor. Her cleaning cart was blocking the hallway so that my husband in his wheelchair was unable to pass smoothly. When he inadvertently hit the hall divider, trying to get by, causing it to loosen from the magnet grip, she came out to move the cart, but didn't say a word to us. At another point in time, she delivered an item to us that we had requested from maintenance, after having to request it twice, and again, she appeared to be unfriendly.
It was a busy weekend with many guests, but the staff and guests were friendly and kindhearted. The breakfast options were plentiful, and having a free evening snack option was a great idea (although we weren't told about it). Overall, the experience was very positive."
