Stop over on way to New Orleans, immaculately clean , refurbished motel off highway , comfy clean bed /pillows Parked right outside door of room Felt safe and would recommend without question .

This motel was much better inside rooms than it looked from the front. Room was very nice for this price point, clean, and remodeled a few years ago. Comfortable bed and quiet in our room away from the road. Grounds look a bit run down. Owner PJ was a very gracious host. However, it was difficult to spot the location after dark, so we went past it the first time. Perhaps sign could be brighter.

The budget inn is a bit of a gem for the area. The property is safe and the owner and staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable with your time here. People planning on making an extended stay on a budget should seek this place out.

Hidden Gem

This place is great! I stay here whenever I’m in town. The rooms are all freshly remodeled and very clean. I enjoy the outdoor area with charcoal grills (BYOC). The owner is super friendly and very helpful.

I booked the room last minute and really late, they were extremely accommodating and courtesy with service. The surrounding area is a little sketchy but the inn itself is lit really well. The room had all the necessities I needed for a night stay, comfortable bed, fluffy and supportive pillows, AC unit that can be adjusted to liking, a small dining table, a microwave, a mid size refrigerator, and a clean bathroom.

Good spot , super cheap, friendly staff

Don’t let the outside looks fool you!! The rooms look real good on the inside! A/C blows snowballs , tv channels worked great , full fridge and freezer worked well , the manager or maybe owner on site was awesome! He let us stay later than checkout time with no hassles! I’d stay again if I ever visit this town again no doubt about it.

Rooms are completely renovated & very nice. Exterior is a bit rough,but it’s been there a long time. It’s near shopping and restaurants. It’s on a main highway, but my room was very quiet. The owner was very polite and personable. Parking is very close to your room. I’ve stayed a lot of places & for the price, this was a good deal! I’ll definitely stay there again.

Business Trip

I was performing work for a couple days locally and had a large Box Truck. There was room for the truck (Note: A semi trailer would not fit) to park and the room was reasonably priced for the property. The owner was very attentive to my needs. I would stay again.
