I can’t say enough good things about this place. Rooms are extremely clean. Checked in on Friday and was late getting here, owner waited up for us. I’m actually sad to go! We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

Very nice and clean! The property is newly renovated. There's two things that could use help. The water pressure was low and the parking lot needs repaving. I do not wear shoes indoors; but here I had to because the amount of dirt tracked in from the parking lot. However, the price was right and I will stay here again if visiting Baton Rouge.

Large and clean room
Rooms were very clean, good size. Manager very helpful and friendly. There is cooking supplies, but no eating utensils or plates. I think it would be a good idea to add some utensils and plates. Will stay here again

Cleanest motel room I have ever experienced bar none! Would stay again for this fact alone. Owner/property manager was most accommodating giving us a larger kitchenet room on arrival as a unsolicited upgrade. Some reviewers have noted Hwy 190 neighborhood as a negative. As well managed as this facility is and the cleanliness of the room would have to say this to be for our use a non issue. The facility parking is secure with only one access point in or out. Very safe. If you are looking for a exceptionally clean room and a bargain stay this is it!
