The property is very nice. The most staff was pleasant and personable. Dinner was excellent. Food and service. Probably one on the best Ribeye's we have ever had. We reserved a assesable room with a roll-in-shower but there was no shower bench/chair. Wasn't helpful for wheelchair guest. Called front desk. Attendant said he would check but no-one ever followed up.

Our stay was 3day 2night stay. Key cards wouldn't work and had to go down to get new key cards both nights to get in room. Prepaid for breakfast 2days. Only grits and oatmeal hot and at right temp. Sausage eggs breakfast potatoes barely warm. No pancakes or waffles as described in advertisment ad due out of mix all weekend per staff. Room cleaning staff was very polite and helpful.

The property was clean and all the staff was wonderful. I booked this stay for a newly wed couple and they enjoyed their stay! not a single complaint, so I am forever grateful for Crowne Royal for always being my favorite hotel and giving my friends the best wedding night!

The room was clean, comfortable and getting in and out was simple. There were signs of wear, such as running toilet, tricky microwave.. but clean, smelled nice, comfortable overall.
