"The staff were very nice and helpful. The location is very good. The room was big! The grounds are looking a bit rough. We were there off season so that may have had something to do with it. The room was very warm. We found out that the A/C wasn't turned on yet. Thankfully the windows opened. The breakfast is very basic. Hard-boiled eggs, bread, bagels, cereal, yogurt. "

"We only stayed one night following the Watkins Glen NASCAR Race. the accommodation's were good. If you are in a building with multiple units you can hear your neighbours talking which wasn't great, but they were quiet by 10 pm, there was no tea in the room only coffee, a few bottles of water in the fridge would have been nice. We appreciated having a nightlight in the bathroom for the kids. We did not use the amenities' or the property but it did look great and wish we had more time to enjoy those. The restaurant is where we had our issues, the women at the desk did not have a lot answers to my many questions, we were going to wait for table but then were told there were no tables, she didn't even offer take out until I inquired. Everything i asked her about the food she had no answers for me, One of the meals we order was wrong for the burgers and fries they did not include any condiments. And one of the kids ordered mac and cheese, their bistro mac and cheese is not what a kid would typically like, it would have been nice to know that its not a traditional mac and cheese, it tasted like it had beer in it. We like the convivence of the bistro there just wish they hostess was more informed and had got one of the orders correct. For the price it was disappointing the food was not very good we would have been better off going to a fast food restaurant."

"The rooms were clean and spacious. The view from the room was beautiful, those were the good points. The bad were; there wasn’t any ventilation in the bathroom which caused some problems for us in the room. You could hear everything in the room next door. We were there 4 nights housekeeping never came to check on room. Their parking lot and roads are in bad shape some major potholes beware in the dark. "
