Not many accommodation choices in Waterton so it was a relief to find a good one. Close to the Lake, Boats and Restaurants. Cute little Italian restaurant at the Inn was a pleasant surprise. Recommend the Inn and its Restaurant.

Great location, spacious accommodation, and friendly staff. Recently modernized and some nice finishes but also some poor design and workmanship when it comes to finishes (toilet roll holder falling off, door stop falling off, shower head badly installed etc.

The room should have been cleaner. The back of the bathroom doors were dirty, under the tap handle was covered in toothpaste. Shower grout was questionable. Check in staff were great! Quite pricey for what the property offers.

We were in the loft suite for one night. Definitely looks bigger in the photos. Staff was friendly and the location is great. Nice balcony and pretty furnishings. It was expensive for a pretty basic stay, however. My husband and I slept in the loft which had a comfy bed but was extremely hot, even with the AC on most of the night. To get it cool enough in the loft, it ends up being freezing for the people on the main floor (had to turn AC on and off throughout the night). The windows on the loft level also had no curtains so it was extremely bright from about 6am onwards. Annoying lack of hooks and towel racks in washrooms. Likely wouldn’t stay again for the price.

We really liked this hotel. Nick was super helpful and friendly at check in. The room layout (deluxe king suite) was great. There was a cozy sitting room with a gas fireplace and TV. The bedroom had a comfortable king bed, another fireplace and TV. The bathroom area had two separate sink/vanities which was handy. Nice toiletries and wonderfully plush, thick towels. The Nespresso machine was a nice touch and they even provided both regular and decaf pods. Would definitely stay here again the next time we come back to Waterton Park.

Large, lovely room with a stand-alone tub and a fireplace. Area is walkable, with lots of wildlife. The falls and walking trails are nearby (but ticks were already out in late March). There's a restaurant on site, however I opted to eat at the more laid-back pub at Kilmorey.

Nice medium-sized hotel in the middle of town. Central to everything. Well-maintained and very clean. The room was very spacious and well-appointed. The check-in desk was actually in the restaurant, which was different, but functional. Very quiet. A couple of small maintenance issues were looked after immediately. Unfortunately, our second storey room, though it did kind of provide a view of a lake, it mostly showed the back alley and rear of other buildings.

Good location and nice to have a 1 bedroom suite. Staff were friendly but not able to address a few issues. Room was hot, ac was very loud, coffee milk was rotten, wifi didn't work, safe didn't work for half the time.

Room was very clean. Gentleman running the front desk was extremely friendly. When my lady and I forgot a charging port for our phone, he had one that we could use and saved us quite the headache. Will stay again in the summer.
