"Our room was lovely and quiet. Very clean. Loved the heated towel rack in the bathroom. Breakfast was great! The buffet pasties were so good. We also got hot breakfast. It was fast, hot and delicious. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Nice room looking out over the river. Quiet, comfortable, spacious, clean. Great shower too! The location is convenient too, very close to the city center but off the main streets so it’s very quiet! I’ll definitely stay here again! "

"Nice breakfast. Quick check in. Need a choice of softer pillows. No bottled water. Need decaffeinated tea choices. Room warm and windows did not appear to open; there was a fan. Great location next to bus and train station. Restaurant was very good"

"The hotel is a well preserved slice of history. A landmark in its own right. The restaurant and bar area are recommended. If you’re driving by car take note that there is a long stretch of curb space reserved for buses, not cars and it is blocked off with cones. This makes accessing the hotel difficult and a member of the front desk staff was not pleased that I moved a cone to pull up and unload. During my stay (2 nights) I didn’t see a single bus but was told one had been there. Highly recommend the hotel rethink this. I would not book again based on this major inconvenience."

"The location was amazing for site seeing and close to lots of shops/restaurants and pubs. The bar on site had live music and friendly staff. The bus depo is right across the street and we took it daily to visit other little towns. The room we had was quite small but very clean. There is no fridge but that seems the norm in Ireland. The bed was comfortable BUT the pillows were so thin and hard. Overall a very nice stay "

"Staff were very helpful, our room was clean, the double bed however had broken springs right across the bed the problem was reported and the mattress was turned which was slightly better. Our stay was really lovely."
