"Off street parking was occasionally difficult but you really didn’t need your car once on the property. House is closer to the Camp Watercolor for kids. You can walk or take the trolley transportation for the beach and adult pool. Area very pretty. Very close to a Public’s."

"We had the best time here! Loved the neighborhood so much! So glad they had a crib and toys for the pool and beach to use! Loved having the porch off the top bedroom and front patio, we sat out there while kids napped and it was so nice! We loved having access to the watercolor amenities and loved being right across from the pool! My only two wishes were that if there were blackout curtains in bedrooms or bunk room because getting the room dark for littles was a challenge and then if the king bed was in the downstairs master where the bigger bathroom was. Absolutely would rent this place again though- it was very cute and easy to check in and out!"

The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, pools, and all the great restaurants and shops in WaterColor and along 30A.The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area!"

"We had an amazing stay at this condo in WaterColor. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from booking through checkout. Top tier customer service! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It felt welcoming and thoughtfully maintained, with plenty of space to unwind after a day at the beach. The location was perfect…just a short walk across the street to the beach and WaterColor Beach Club, with easy access to everything the area has to offer. We especially appreciated how peaceful and convenient it was, making it easy to enjoy both the property and the surrounding community. Highly recommend grabbing a coffee and taking the short walk to the lake and boathouse. It is a beautiful walk! The shops and restaurants are just steps away from the condo. Seaside is just a short walk from the condo with so much to do as well. There is so much to do at Watercolor beach club that is a perk of staying here. You get access to all the Watercolor community amenities! These amenities are 5 star! I could continue to write more about our amazing stay so I’ll sum it up with all I have to say is 10/10 on this condo! We would absolutely recommend this property and would love to return."
