Unit 103 at 1785 E. County Hwy. 30A is a spacious condo along 30A in the WaterColor
Town Center (WaterColor Phase 1) and just 2 min walk from from WaterColor Inn & Beach Club Pool.

This inviting 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo is sure to impress with it's "bright/beachy" decor and great location = perfect vacation retreat. Also comes with great built in bonus bunk bed in stair case!

When entering this condo from 1st floor you will encounter the relaxing master bedroom with warm tones and a king size bed. It comes complete with a connecting master bathroom with a double vanity, jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. This will definitely give you that vacation retreat you were looking for! You will also find a guest bedroom that consists of 1 King Bed with a single twin bed over King Bed. This guest bedroom sleeps 3 comfortably. This room also has a connecting bathroom with a single vanity and a tub and shower combo. Also stacked washer/dryer in closet of downstairs hallway.

2nd floor you will be welcomed by the fantastic great room and its comfortable furnishings. You will also be able to enjoy meals from the home’s wonderful kitchen. There, you will experience great appliances, cabinetry, and the breakfast bar...This kitchen has all of the items needed to prepare that fabulous meal!

Great condo in perfect location

The location of this Watercolor condo is perfect for walking to everything in WC and Seaside. Condo is decorated beautifully, very clean and has everything you need for a great stay.

Great Watercolor Stay

Pre-Thanksgiving get away at the beach. Location is great with a short walk to the club and less than 10 minutes to Seaside. Condo is updated, spacious, and the owner was great to communicate with. Look forward to staying again someday.

Great Stay by the Beach

Chad, the property owner, was always available and ready to help. We had a great stay here for the week and intend to stay again! Would highly recommend. The home is beautiful and you cannot beat the location!

Perfect beach location

Great apartment right off the beach. Easy access to Watercolor Beach Club and all the other Watercolor amenities. Quick walk to Seaside on the pedestrian path.

Perfect Location in Watercolor!

This condo was perfect for my family of 3 and in-laws. The location is amazing and the condo is very clean and well stocked. The parking is super accessible. Loved the ease of our stay. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Great location

Process for checking in and out was easy and smooth. The owner was quick to communicate. Location and access to the pools at Watercolor Inn, restaurants and beaches as well as the city of Seaside was great. We could walk, bike, swim, eat, relax and enjoy our time together with ease. Great vacation

This is our family’s third vacation in Seaside. The location of this condo was the best. We were easy walking distance to everything, including the beach club/beach, restaurants/food trucks, and shops. The condo was clean and in great condition, perfect for our family. We had great communication with the host who helped with every step of the process. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, layout and vacation!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of three (and could absolutely have fit more). I love the bedrooms are all downstairs and upstairs is a beautiful living space. 5 min walk to the beach was key for us to enjoy with a toddler. So many options for food and with easy bike rentals everywhere - it was super easy to get around. We’ve already recommended this condo to our friends. We will definitely return!

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay. Condo is close to beach access. Only about a five min walk. We had our 11 month old grandson with us and had no problem getting to the beach . The beach club had several pools to choose from which was nice. Easy communication with the owner . We had a great time and enjoyed the condo would recommend.

Perfect Location

We've been visiting Watercolor 2-3 times per year for 15 years, and have stayed in houses in every other district. This was our first time being so close to the Beach club and it was great! The condo is comfortable and spacious, and is a short walk to the beach club, shopping and dining. The owner is very accessible - I sent a text with some planning questions, and he called back within 5 mins. We were 2 adult couples on this trip, but the condo will also fit us and our 3 adult children very comfortably. We will be back!

Great location

Loved the area and condo beds were very comfortable. It’s a great location if you want to bike or walk. It is not conducive to renting a golf cart like I thought because there is no place to charge them. Watercolor only allows LSV’s.

Gorgeous property in Paradise

What a great trip. The condo is luxurious and comfortable at the same time. High ceilings / spacious / beautiful furnishings. The location is amazing. Right across the street from the beach with access to the pools at the beach club. We biked through the gorgeous trails in the neighborhood and to Seaside which is just a few blocks away. Chad is a good host. We would most definitely stay here again.

Location Location Location!

Came to 30A for the annual Songwriter's Festival. This condo is in the village near several popular venues. We could walk which is super convenient. The unit is nice, very clean and comfortable beds. It could use a little updating, and we were without an oven because there was not one. Description did not mention it. Overall, we enjoyed the place and certainly the Watercolor village.

Great stay!

We loved the location of this condo so much. It is just what we were looking for! We rented a wagon and were easily able to access the beach and beach club pool. Everything was clean and just as described. We had a couple of hiccups with our door code and checking in at Camp Watercolor. Chad responded within 30 minutes each time and immediately remedied the issue. My kids are already begging to go back to the condo. The location cannot be beat with the ability to walk to so many areas, including seaside. We will definitely stay again!

Great Location

Love Watercolor and the location. The amenities, pools, easy access to beach are so great. The grounds within watercolor are gorgeous. But the condo is used and a little outdated. Although everything was very clean, bathrooms need renovations. Not enough bathroom or kitchen towels supplied. Always doing laundry. Great location if you have small children, close to everything.

Beach trip

Watercolor is an amazing place to go to the beach! This was our third summer in a row. First time in this property. This location was wonderful! Short walk to the beach/pool. Next door to the ice cream shop! Also, we walked to Seaside most days-it is about a 10 minute walk. The place was really clean and nice. Really nice porch upstairs to hang out. Very easy process to check in and check out. Will be back!

Perfect location, sweet spot

Loved the location!! The condo is, also, very well decorated and the beds were super comfy & clean. A couple things were off like one of the couches is broken, the oven didn’t work (although the property manager told me this the day before arrival) and you have to hold down the lever on toaster for it to toast. Just small things that need to be addressed. I also felt the property manager was annoyed to have to ‘deal’ with us from the start. A little odd first impression for me. All and all we enjoyed it. Cozy and comfortable. Perfect for a quick stay in Watercolor.
