"This property is an oasis in a kinda sketchy part of town. The Ybor City area can be tough - some sections are fine, others, not so much. This hotel is set off the street by the location of their parking lots, and it is a little more hidden and protected. The other nearby properties are nowhere near as appealing, and the Quality Inn is the obvious choice in this area. The property is very clean, our room was updated, and they were doing further improvements to the appearance of the building while we were there. The workmen didn't disturb our rest at all, they worked during "awake" hours. The staff were all friendly, check-in was efficient, and it was only a short distance to our activity downtown in the tourist district. Solid choice in this location. "
