"My stay was short for one night checking in around 5p and checking out the following morning at 5a -- so literally a night's sleep. Check in was non-eventful. However, the check out was somewhat strange. Although I went to the front desk to check out and receive a receipt on demand it was not available. I was informed that internal systems were down to update the evening's data, hence not available to process my check out. I left with the attendant my email for the confirmation to be sent. My daughter was also there at same time as I with same itinerary planned, check in and check out; and she also was not able to check out. I like to review the charges and prefer to personally check out and this was a prime example of why. So the hotel had charged my daughter for valet parking when it was we did not use valet and used the neighboring parking lot to keep our vehicle; and there was much confusion in the two bills with duplication of taxes being charged for EACH item on the bill. A state tax and OCC tax for each item is charged. So for Destination fee the state and OCC taxes follow + for Tourism Fee the state & OCC follow again. It just feels like your getting charged almost as much taxes as you are ridiculously inflated fees. What was to be a $215 room charge for the one night resulted in $285. Other than the inflated billing, my stay was pleasurable. Clean rooms, glamorous decor and convenience to the arena which was the reason we booked to attend a concert."

"The staff was gray, very helpful. The room was not really clean especially the bathroom. There were chunks of soap and some trash on the bathroom floor. The hotel doesn’t seem to be up to date."
