"Eventually we got a room that smelt ok, I was very appreciative of the gentleman who called the front desk for us when we were unhappy with the smoke smell in the room. The next room smelt like fish noted by the gentleman also. Then the next room was overwhelming musty. The last room thank goodness was good. However the fridge didn’t work twice and needed replacing. They promtly both times replaced the fridge. The staff are exceptional service and welcoming one of the main reasons we love to stay at grande centre point hotels. The location is also fantastic at Sukhumvit unfortunately we were too unwell to enjoy it. The rooms are very beautiful and set out well. "

"One of the most perfect hotels I ever stayed in. The hotel has only one problem: its gym is completely inadequate. It only has three machines in it, and they were poorly chosen. There is no equipment for lateral pull-downs, nothing that can be used to do pull-ups, etc. For a hotel designed for long stays, this is a serious problem. If they equipped this hotel with a suitable gym, I would stay here for months very happily. But because the gym is inadequate, I will use Chatrium for long stays, even though the room in Chatrium is inferior to the room at this hotel. The room quality, it should be stressed, is exceptionally good here. "

"I gave 5 stars because of the price. It’s got a great rooftop pool. Great lounge areas. Very clean gym on the top floor also. Not a legit full service gym. But very clean and nice. The breakfast was very good. The price was amazing to me for under forty usd a night. Very comfy bed. 2 negatives. No control of room temperature. Quite cold. The area is a bit far away from the best areas. Good deal "

"Nice and helpful staff, we visiting this hotel every year. Nearby a lot cheap massage, cheap and tasty street food stores as well as Chinese restaurants. They even decorated the room and sent a cake for my husband’s birthday, so sweet, thank you. Will visit again next year."

"All the staff at the hotel are wonderful and quick to respond. The rooms are very clean and although I was there during a time they were doing some renovations there was no noise or inconvenience to guests. I will recommend this ti anyone that prefers a quiet hotel and will definitely stay here again."
