It was only for one night but the room that was given to me was in the front, so it was very hard for me to sleep due to the noisy street and hearing everyone conversation that walked by. I was on the second floor. I didn’t use the shower because of uncleanliness. Again, it was just for one night and I was so ready to leave. But the guy staff at the front desk was so nice and friendly.

We were happy with the stay at MetroPoint Hotel. Its pretty good, clean, nice, staff is friendly. Hotel is close by Mall (20 minutes walk or less), close to bazar as well and pretty affordable. For that little spent money we received much more. I would stay here again!

Overall good and decent hotel! Room was tidy and cleaned when required. Hotel had good access to a 7/11 and train station nearby so very convenient! We weren’t informed about this beforehand but there is a 500 baht deposit when you check in for the hotel card key, which they will give back to you once you check out.

We loved MetroPoint

We only stayed for one night but it was fantastic. Air con was lovely and cold, bed was huge!, it’s right next to a 7/11, and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. 10/10 recommend MetroPoint hotel :)

Tourist class hotel

Staff are really nice, yes interior run down but very clean. Old furnitures, but bed is comfy n pillows are nice compared to other similar class hotel. Near to 7-11 n cafe. Some small food places. What I dislike are the boisterous china tourist.

Really good facilities... once you got to know some of the transportation routes, you weren't far away at all. Sidewalk areas somewhat tricky cos very narrow along the 130 but that had nothing to do with MetroPoint. Excellent shopping within a mile.

Pros: affordable, $6 buffett, nearby mall, accessibility to other areas, quiet, rooms are clean, and wifi is strong Cons: staff does not speak great English, staff does not greet you, staff does not return your emails, even though buffet is cheap, the food is nominal at best and does not vary really, also no real vegetarian/vegan options available other fruit, rice and bread. Overall: 7.1/10

The hotel is old... but value for money, it's not 5 star but it met my needs and budget. Room is big, check-in and check-out were smooth reasonably clean... but they did not change my dirty towel :( it's no big deal but something for tge hotel to improve. Generally i enjoyed my 2 nights. It is walking distance to huge shopping mall and many food choices, not too far out of the city, but traffic is a "minus". I was comfortable.

Get what you pay for

Me and my husband are backpacking so we are on a budge but like certain comforts that we like to have. As a hotel for the money. It is what you pay for. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Just remember you need 500 baht in cash as a danage deposit. The rooms them self could do woth an upgrade especially the showers. And re-painting as there were marks all over alls in the room. The bedding had stained marks on them that iust need putting in the bin. Bed was ok in comfort. Am unsure if most beds are hard. It wasnt a brick but not soft. I slept okay though so it wasnt too bad
