Room 716 weas dirty with a constant smell of urine; mirrors in bathroom had light showing through as film was warped in corners. Rugs and towels fraying. Bath not 100% clean. Beds creaky.

Omni Shoreham Hotel
Front desk employee went out of his way to be helpful and friendly! Enjoyed the historic architecture of this hotel/ Bed was very comfortable and room quiet. Breakfast was usually fine too (love that avocado toast).

Washington Plaza Hotel
Excellent bar area, rooms exceptionally clean, staff very friendly. The only thing I didn't like was when I booked through Expedia, it said free breakfast...but the breakfast is not free!

Hamilton Hotel Washington DC
Room had mold cracks and bubbles in ceiling carpets were gross and baggage staff and carts were totally unavailable at check in no doorman this hotel has gone way down in quality I’ve been staying here since 2016 will never go back after this past stay.
