"The hotel itself was nice, conveniently located in DC's Chinatown, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Although I was not aware that it was a mini-hotel (meaning that the room was very small with barely enough space for the bed) when I booked it, that didn't really matter much to me. However, what I did find a little inconvenient was that the "hotel" parking was a public parking deck a block away. I would have preferred onsite parking."

"Check in was great, bartender had a heavy pour. Some miscommunication was made regarding late checkout. I received a checkout of 1230, original was at 11. Receptionist called at noon regarding the 11am, I clarified that my early was granted. Seemed pretty annoyed, but no issues. Still awaiting my incidental to be paid back. Room was clean, but a tad musty. 15th floor. 1st time here. Might do it again. 7.8/10."

"Helpful front desk, room was cleaned every day and the housekeeper was very friendly. Note that the shuttles for the airport don't operate before 6 am and it was inconvenient for our traveling. Also the shuttle to the mall was quite inconsistent, we couldn't use it as much since the hours of operation were not clear. Overall, I would stay again here because it's a great location and easy to move around."
