Close to DCA and Pentagon

Clean and well maintained. Close to restaurants, stores and coffee. Excellent donut shop across the street. A couple times a little noisy in AM as apartment door next to elevator and a neighbors dog barking at people in hallway. Overall this unit was great for 4 adults with lots of eating options within easy walk. The unit is technically a 1 1/2 bath not 2. Ie only one shower.

Decent area. It was not as advertised. They advertised it as a two bathroom when it was 1 and 1/2. It was very difficult for 5 people to get ready in a two bedroom condo with only 1 shower. I have always given honest feedback with high grades but I would definitely NOT recommend this condo. They knowingly hide the fact that there’s only one shower. It looks like they converted the other shower to a washer and dryer.
