Great place - great location
Great place to stay in Arlington. Close to many amenities in Ballston. Metro is very close.
The townhome is well-appointed, and there was great communication with the property manager.
I highly recommend this property if you are staying in Arlington.

Family Visit
We needed to be close to our son’s house and have our own space. Location was great and owner really tried to be helpful with nice extras like coffee, some snacks and garage door opener. Parking was a challenge for visitors.
Beds were comfy. We would like to rent again.

Excellent Property
We stay in Arlington a few weekends a year with our pup. This property was perfect. Owner was super responsive in answering any questions. We had a small issue with not knowing which unit it was because it's not clearly stated on the property address in the listing, but owner got back quickly with the info when we reached out.Quite possibly the cleanest rental home I've ever stayed in! Tastefully decorated, very nice touch of a selection of drinks in the fridge, some snacks and Nespresso pods. Those small touches were very much appreciated. Location is excellent and an easy 10 min walk to Clarendon or a quick 2 blocks into Ballston, where you'll find a large selection of restaurants and bars. I highly recommend this property and will be staying again in the future.

Great location and host!
We absolutely loved this location. We were walking distance to 2 metro rail stations which was great because we used that to get into DC each day. The property was exactly as listed and the host was very prompt in his responses. Could not have asked for a better experience!
