How’s were very attentive and available for any questions we might’ve had. Check-in was smooth and the property was perfect for our trip. We loved the space. There were even some toiletries and kitchenware available for use which was very nice for our week stay. The location was also in a quiet neighborhood next to a park, nice for morning walks. Thank you!!

The location is very close to the downtown just around 10 minutes drive. The owner is nice to communicate and able to fix issues quickly. The only issue was much noise from upstairs guests at the first midnight and owner helped resolved the issue quickly.

The smell (I believe it came from the store) it’s bothering us for we do not smoke and we have kids. Other than that The place is nice inside and accessible to the place we visit

I booked this property due to the reviews & someone who previously lived in Washington DC years ago told me that the area was OK. We arrived at 8:30 pm to a project looking apartment complex across the street having people all out and smoking marijuana. I was planning on staying here with my four children, my husband and my elderly parents. I called the property owner immediately and explained our situation. He did say due to the cancellation policy, he would not refund any of our money since they couldn’t have new people use the property. He also stated that there were brand new townhomes being built around the corner, so in my mind that means it is “up and coming“. While I was on the phone, my husband exited the vehicle to check out the property and that is when he saw gang graffiti and the gentlemen in front of the smoke shop smoking marijuana in a group. The smoke shop is attached to the building in the front. We decided not to stay here with our family due to the surrounding area and lack of safety. I did call Expedia as well to try to make a claim to receive some sort of monetary compensation for the time we were staying. Expedia contacted the manager and he said that he would call back in five minutes. That never happened, so I called Expedia back when I reached our new destination. The new Expedia agent said a different part of the company would contact me in 24 to 72 hours and that has not happened.
