Welcome to historic Green Valley community. Here you will find elementary school, two parks which one which has a playground/water sprinkler (summer only), bike ride share, bike trial and great food in nearby Shirlington Village. There are also three local churches, (with fourth one under construction) all within walking distance of the property.

This mixed-use property was built by our family in 1958. The building has a commercial suite on the front of the building and two separate apartments in the rear of the building. Once you enter the apartment you will discover that it’s approximately 970 sq feet of living space. The apartment has three bedrooms and two baths, full kitchen, spacious living room, dining room with an accordion door should one wishes to separate themselves from the living room area and full-size washer/dryer. The apartment also has a lighted balcony if you would like some fresh air in the evening. This is truly a hidden gem within the neighborhood.

Guest will have full access and use of the entire apartment. It will be just your family/close, friends and yourself. Once you get settled in, we will reach out to check on you by the second day. While private vehicle is your quickest option to commute to the city, please mentally prepare yourselves parking experience. With the expansion bike lanes, parking has become more and more challenging. Several of our guests have enjoyed using the public transformation system. The Metro bus stop is located across the street and we are 2.7 miles away from Crystal City and Pentagon City metro stations. Some of our guest prefer to use Uber/Lyft.
