Charming Arlington Townhouse with Garage
- Located in the Shirlington area of Arlington, the home is great for couples, adventurers, business travelers, and families with kids. There are many restaurants around the corner in Shirlington Village. We are close to a few major highways, and you’ll love the proximity to everything in Arlington/Alexandria/Washington, D.C. For tourists, you are just 15 minutes away from all the monuments and museums that Washington, D.C. has to offer.
The house is a 1750 sq/ft three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath with a private garage and driveway with room for two more cars. We have three nice-sized bedrooms: the Master has a queen bed, an adjacent room has a queen bed, and one has a twin bed (there is also a Pack and Play).
Small dog friendly (25-30 pounds max) with a one-time pet fee. Long term rental discounts are available please message me!
