"Horrible accommodations it was totally freezing. There’s a half inch gap in every window. The front screen door has a 2 inch gap the freeway is cars are on the side of the house. You hear it all day and all night no blankets were provided. Blowup mattress turned into a taco in two hours. The so-called futon couch is meant for a child and didn’t open up. We ended up spending $800 on two other hotels just to get some sleep. The shower fills up to your ankles just an overall horrible time. I had...

Staff was super helpful and went out of their way to help us… we were able to do an early check-in, which was great since we had just landed from a cruise… Our room was beautiful, sadly I did not take a picture but it had all the amenities I needed, mini frig., micro, safe box, water and our bed was so so comfortable… View was beautiful during the day & at night. "Traveled there from Columbus for the OSU/UW game. Staff was nice, the free cookies were awesome. Only drawback was elevator broke and some people got stuck in it. So my wife and I decided to only use the stairs. Overall 5’s all around. "
