5/5 Excellent
"Room was perfect, very good for the price. Comfortable beds, beautiful clean bathroom.
I only have 3 small moans. 1-Getting to the reception area was hard as neither the lift or door to the stairs were able to be opened/used without a key card. We had to jump in the lift as someone else was getting out.
2- couldn't find the car park, it's not at all signposted, I drove up and down broad street before I gave up and parked in brinley place. I wasn't the only who couldn't find the car park.
3- there was no one working in the kitchen through the night with minimal staff at the desk, those that were at the desk were very busy checking in late guests. There was a concert at the utilita arena which alot of guests that night attended including us. A few of us were disappointed that there wasn't a full menu and had to settle for pizza or toasties, even though it's meant to be a 24/7 service. . May I suggest that when there's a big event in the city you put more staff on those days?
The staff handle things really well I think.
Oh and the breakfast was great! Plenty of optionwill definitely stay again
