The Space:

The spacious flat offers accommodation for 4 people. It is an excellent option for families or groups of friends wishing to take advantage of the charms of Warsaw. The 55 m² flat includes a spacious living room, bedroom, separate kitchen and bathroom with shower. It has a unique, practical design and a large area to make our guests' stay as comfortable as possible. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, a table with chairs, a desk - ideal for remote work - and a TV with Smart TV function. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe for storage, and stylish accessories. The separate kitchen has been fully equipped with the utensils needed to prepare meals and other amenities such as an oven, dishwasher and tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom has a shower, washing machine, towels and toiletries for our guests. We also provide fresh linen and free WIFI internet access. The flat is also happy to accommodate pets.

The Neighborhood:

The flat is located on the second floor of a unique building on Zwycięzców Street. This is the beautiful Praga-Południe district of Warsaw. The location of the flat in a green area away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre guarantees a practical and pleasant place to stay in Warsaw. It is a quiet neighbourhood with a well-developed infrastructure, there are also many bus and tram stops around. A great place to spend time outdoors will be the nearby Skaryszewski Park, just a 10-minute walk from the flat - it is a picturesque piece of greenery with walking paths, a lake and canoe rental. It will be a great attraction for the whole family. Right next to the park, less than a kilometre from the flat is one of Warsaw's biggest attractions - the PGE National Stadium. In the close vicinity of the flat there are numerous cafes, cosy pubs and great restaurants - each of our guests will find something for themselves. You can also easily reach other districts of Warsaw, thanks to the highly developed public transport network, and the Warsaw metro provides quick access to the left bank of the Vistula River.
