    This two-level apartment in the heart of the city is a place where you will immediately feel at ease. Bright interiors and a view of the capital's skyline create the perfect conditions for relaxing after an eventful day. The location provides quick access to major attractions - the Ratusz Arsenal subway station is 500 meters away, and you can reach the Saxon Garden in a few minutes. There are 3 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen with a dishwasher waiting for you.

    The Space:

    A 96 m² two-level apartment for 4 people, located on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator. On the lower level you will find a living room with access to a balcony and city views and a fully equipped kitchen. The upper level is a relaxation area with 3 separate bedrooms and a second, large bathroom with bathtub. The bright, classically decorated interior guarantees a comfortable stay.



    The Neighborhood:

    The apartment is located in the city center, just a few minutes walk from the Saxon Garden, one of the most beautiful parks in the capital. The proximity of Bank Square and the Ratusz Arsenal subway station (500 m) guarantees excellent communication with the entire city. In the neighborhood you will find numerous theaters, galleries and service and dining outlets.

Review exceptional. Experience was not.During our one week stay we encountered many issues. One bedroom had no closet or storage space in room. Upstairs bathroom had loose seal in shower, causing water to leak onto floor creating an unsafe situation. First floor shower either scalding hot or frigid.Four bath towels and no hand towels inadequate for seven day stay for 4 adults. Kitchen coffeemaker found not to be working. After asking for help with it from day 1 without response. Privacy shades in kitchen broken. Ropes tied in knots restricting their use. Clothes hanger used to prop them open. Washer was present but no drying rack was present. No instructions for use of 4 remote controls for Tv. Some batteries appeared to be dead. Management company took at least 5 hours to offer a response to complaints but never a solution. Never came to check on or resolve complaints. Involved VRBO customers support. They, too, could not obtain any offer of satisfaction from the host or management company. And often no response in a reasonable time at all. With even minimal effort or communication our experience would have been far smoother. We filed a formal complaint with VRBO and notified the host that we expected compensation for our many issues that were all documented by photos. Days after checkout we were notified our claims were denied because housekeeping staff didn’t find a problem.We had given permission for staff to enter during our occupancy . They did not.
