It is a nice and clean hotel, our overall stay was excellent but oh boy, the reception people should definitely look for a new job, they were miserable, just not the right people for this job, huge turn off for me… the person at breakfast was super nice though.

The size of the apartment was good. Comfortable bed. The floor in the bathroom shower too slippery 😢 Parking per night very expensive. No balcony.

Very clean & comfortable room.Quiet location. Does not offer the services of a hotel: we stayed 3 nights and our room was never cleaned. We asked for toilet paper to be brought to our room while we were out & we were told no that we would have to pick it up when we came back..! Restaurant staff was amazing

The food was great, the staff was helpful and friendly especially for me not knowing Polish. My only complaint was the location of my room. I had the room right next to the fire escape and constant traffic through the doors at night.

The property is all you need for 1 night. Basic but not much more needed for quick stay. Located with easy access to transportation. Very unfriendly staff unhelpful. Rooms are spacious and provide the basic amenities you need. It’s worth is priced below 200PLN per night otherwise I would recommend others choices around Warsaw.

5 days in Wilanow

The staff were very helpful. We were visiting our son and his family who live nearby so we really just used the hotel for sleeping and one breakfast. Our only criticism was that we couldn’t work out how to control the heating via the wall thermostat and we found it far too hot and stuffy as there were no opening windows-so no fresh air. When we come again we will ask for a training course in using the control. Otherwise the hotel was more than adequate for our purpose.

Comfortable but could be better

The room was spacious and well lit. The bed comfortable enough for a hotel bed. There was a reasonable supply of dishes, silverware, and cleaning supplies. The only problem I noticed was with the degree of cleanness. The bedsheets seemed clean on top, but on the other side there were small stains. They did not feel like freshly washed sheets and pillow cases. In the bathroom, there was clearly visible mold on the edges of the shower cabin. The glass of the shower cabin wasn’t well cleaned.

Perfect for a short stay

We were three friends traveling from Norway/Denmark for the Eras Tour in Warszaw. Thebstaff was vey friendly and welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean, spacefull and modern - nothing fancy, but minimalistic and good quality for the price. We requested an extra bed, since there was no rooms available with three actual beds. The extra bed was probably 80x200cm and a bit softer than an actual bed, but I found it very comfortable to sleep in during our three nights stay. I could easily sleep in the bed for a whole week or more if necessary. I am 161cm tall and average size in generel. The nearest public transport was 10min walk from the hotel. Here you could catch busses to Chopin airport og to Warszaw city center. It was also very easy to travel by Bolt to and from the Hotel. The location was nothing speciel. A few shops and cafés near by, but no shopping stores. Would recommend the hotel, but because of the location I give ir 4 stars.
