Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Don’t count on the host. They will not help you, and they don’t seem to want to help you. I booked through Expedia, which booked through VRBO, which unfortunately booked through this terrible company called BookingHost Warsaw. I have never been treated so badly. I had a medical emergency and needed to shorten my stay by a couple of days because I was in the hospital, and they showed zero empathy or willingness to help. The place is also not properly managed. The kitchen didn’t even have the basics. I had to buy salt myself. The bathroom had a constant bad smell, which made the stay even worse. For the price, it is absolutely not worth it. You will have a better experience almost anywhere else.
