Issues in the flat were NOT fixed at all!

It is such a pity, but are not fully satisfied with your services! We did not get a practical reply to any of the 2 issues we had in the flat. Here is one of my emails that I sent in the beginning of our stay: Dear Booking host team, We checked in yesterday but there are 2 issues that we need you to assist with: -there is only one blanket for the big bed, and the 3rd person doesn't have one for the sofa( it's already cold); - the toilet does not have water in the tank, so we manually clean it, which is very uncomfortable for us. I will be awaiting your prompt response asap. Best regards,
