A second bathroom with both bath and shower, a separate toilet, and a laundry area with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and additional fridge add to the overall convenience.

A fully equipped open-plan kitchen connects seamlessly to a large dining area and a comfortable lounge with TV and a well-stocked bookcase.
