Clean and comfortable ‘old style’ hotel set far back from the road in woodland. Pool was long enough to do laps in and we had fun playing with the kids. It is chilly though and the hot tub on the cool side too. Pretty surroundings and the saunas and steam room were great. Breakfast was nice with a wide selection, buffet style. Could sit outside or in a bright airy conservatory style building. Generally quiet but a Saturday night wedding involved loud dance music until 3am :(. To get to/from Warsaw involves a 20-25 min taxi ride (we used Uber or Bolt, reasonable) or a bus (around an hour I think). Warsaw has a good travel app. Hotel can provide details.
The property is looking like sanatorium located in the pine forest.
The stuff, especially Volodymyr Rudenko
Was very helpful. I was rubbed by Polish cab driver on 300$ and Volodymyr helped me to go to police station and translate for me .
Hotel has everything for your peaceful vacation ( saunas, spa, pool, jacuzzi)
Polish cusine/kitchen was excellent in restaurant.
I highly recommend this hotel to stay in.
Do not overpay Polish cab drivers, use Uber or bolt application.
We both felt like we were not welcome and the staff all looked depressed and we're kind of rude. It seems as if they were unhappy that we couldn't speak polish.
A wonderful quiet health spa in the wooded area (fresh air) but still not very far from the city center (maybe 15 min drive), free parking, amazing free breakfast (even salmon and blue cheese), has pool, saunas, a cozy restaurant. Rooms were basic, could be cleaner, our bathroom sink did not drain, carpeting everywhere. I did not like that room was in a separate building, not convenient for pool in winter, but very brief walk. Also no elevators. Overall design was kind of reminding of Hotel Budapest or Soviet style from the 70s, which was kind of fun but certainly not modern. Staff were nice.
I booked for myself and two families to have a good time. We all paid the same amount, but my room was very hot and there was no air conditioning. I spoke with the reservation office in the hotel and they told us that I had to pay to get air conditioning and that they would inform the manager and talk to me. The whole week passed and I did not hear from them about disrespecting customers. Not responding to their requests is annoying
