Ideal for business travel

Breakfast was great, room was nice, wifi everywhere including the gym in the basement (good for workout app!) Also 10 minutes from the airport which is ideal when arriving late and leaving early.

Amazing design, specious rooms, everything new and clean. 10 mins drive to airport and 20 mins drive to Old Town. Perfect hotel for the price offered, but you need to have a car to get around.

It was clean , newer and the breakfast was decent. It was far from everything . The restaurant onsite was ok with limited food options and a bit expensive. No snacks or vending near the hotel. Came back hungry after a concert and there was nothing around.

I would definitely recommend this hotel, close to the airport! Tried the restaurant but ok service. She came took our order, dropped it off and never came back to check on us. Had to ask for the bill and a to-go box. The price we paid, we deserve better service than that. We only stayed for 1 night.

I'd return to this hotel

This hotel is really awesome. I arrived early, so let me do an early check-in free of charge. They explained everything concisely so that I had a clear understanding of how to use the amenities such as the sauna. The location was different for me. I typically like to stay closer to city centers and this one was a bit further than I anticipated, but the endless number of scooters around the hotel allowed for me to get to downtown Warsaw without any issues. I should mention that there was an amazing amount of variety regarding food right around the hotel. All in all, the location turned out to be a positive. Also, there was this one gentleman at the front desk, Jakob, who went out of his way to make sure that anytime I had a question about anything he was there to answer it. Thanks Jakob, and the rest of the staff, for such a great experience!

The location of the hotel is close to the airport. Since I arrived light weighted, and the whether was nice, I decided to walk these 4km to the hotel, to pump up my step count. Staff was really nice at the reception. I arrived 1 hour earlier and got the room immediately. It was very clean with a neat modernistic design, with walk-in shower instead of the old tub style. The bed was comfortable, TV had some English and French channels. upon arrival, 2 bottles of soda water were waiting for me in the room, and there's a nice mini fridge, and a kettle with an assortment of tea bags. I stayed for 1 night and had to leave early in the morning after so I didn't book breakfast. The staff let me have a coffee to go and brought me sandwiches to go when I left, which was great. The only comment I have is that this hotel location is near the airport, and some shuttle service (even if paid) to/ from the airport could be a good service.

Brand new, modern but low managed hotel

No room service after 10 pm. They write on room srrvice menu thst reception can substitute after 10pm which is wrong, only packed sandwich and water. They tell leaving hosts are offered free lunch packs, which did not happen. Room fridge empty and no vending machine. No ice machine either. Sauna space not at the level of a 4 star hotel (people from outside ? playing loud music in sport room and watching at people naked in sauna spaces!), no robe available in room. Under standard breakfast : juices from concentrate, mixed and sweetened. Liw?quality coffee. Defrozen bread! Restaurant menu very limited. Very young unexperienced staff not providing client-oriented service. Parking rules unclear: open to outside people, need to check in and out at reception desk at every car movement. Miss real fully equipped spa (pool?) space.
