繁華街の真ん中にある高いビルの一室です。交通も便利だし、飲食店には不自由ないし、近所にはスーパーもあります。中央駅からは歩いても行けますが、路面電車で1駅目です。
部屋は、単身者向けまたは学生向けのアパートという感じです。部屋は広々しています。広いテーブルと広いベッドがあります。共用のトイレ・シャワーと、台所があります。台所には冷蔵庫もあります。ただ、電子レンジがなくて、買ってきた食べ物を温めるのに苦労しました（小さな鍋が1つしかないので、それを使って電熱器で湯煎しました）。
鍵がある場所はこの建物と違ってい て、そこの郵便ポストのようなところから暗証番号で鍵を取り出して、この建物に向かいます。部屋に入るまでに鍵がいくつかあって、まず建物の入口に2か所のドアがあって、暗証番号で空けるものと、取り出した鍵で開けるものがあります。そして上層階に行って、部屋に入口でもう1つの鍵でドアを開けます。そして、自分の部屋の鍵を使って部屋に入ります。最初は戸惑いましたが、あらかじめメールで説明文が来たので、慣れれば簡単になりました。
チェックアウトは、鍵を入口（共用トイレの脇）のフックに掛けるだけです。
立地がとても便利で、安いし、気軽なので、また利用します。
