"Sunrise is a good, affordable option, especially to be close to the Ark Encounter. The walls are on the thin side, so we could hear our neighbors (and we know they were also going to the Ark), but everything else is good."

I ask woman at counter why she said pool was waiting on a part for heater and the hot tub was dirty and had to be drained and cleaned. I get the pool that’s out of your control but the hot tub could’ve been taken care of. Very disappointing…"

"Non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. The whole place smells like cigarette smoke. Unsavory characters hanging out in parking lot; unsafe feeling."

"Nice rooms, friendly staff. Our heater blew cool air continuously. Shower was great except the shampoo/conditioner/body eash should be placed in a different area of the shower. Continental breakfast was minimal. Worse than other hotels & if you did want something you had to pay. No non-dairy items for those qith sensitivities. Lights on the outside of our rooms were ina bad spot because you couldnt block with the curtain. Otherwise, Nice place for a stop over."
