110 Library Ave - Great fun!

Our family loved their stay. Tori and Justin were incredible - always responded very quickly and were so pleasant. Family voted this year for the mountains instead of shore as a change of pace and we were not disappointed!. So much to do and such a beautiful area. The amenities left for guests were a wonderful and very welcoming touch.

Above and Beyond Expectations

The owner goes above and beyond. It’s like staying in a luxury hotel but with your own beautiful lake, pool, hot tub and indoor/outdoor activity areas. Best VRBO—10/10!

Wonderful home!

We had a great stay for our annual family ski vacation. Would highly recommend this house, it was spacious and well appointed for large groups. Very clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive. Would stay here again.

Great weekend getaway

The house was perfect for family and friends to get together for a great weekend. Beautiful setting, bedrooms are set up nicely to house many people without feeling crowded. Had a great time, would definitely rent again.

Amazing House

My family of 16 with 6 kids 7 and under stayed here for the week. We had a blast and it was the perfect house to fit us all. The pool was fantastic and kayaking the river was super fun as well. The house was very clean and the property manager was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Trip!

We had a group of 13 adults and had plenty of space. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures and Victoria was super easy to communicate. We were coming from out of state and she was really accommodating. Would absolutely stay again!

Perfect for a big family

House was great. Kitchen was well stocked. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Great deck for being outside. Tori was great to communicate with. We will definitely rent again.

Amazing House

We absolutely loved this place. The entire house was clean and stocked with any we could have needed (including a crockpot). We really enjoyed the pool and river access. 10/10. Hosts were communicative and checked in on us midway through the stay. I will be back here.

Spacious house and great location on the river

We stayed with 19 people. The house was spacious and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. House was equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and more than enough towels and toiletries in the bathrooms. The hosts are super friendly and accommodating and the check in and check out process were very easy. 12 min from all things Lake George. If they had availability in the summer we would book again. Great stay and would recommend

Great location and beautiful house!

We had all of our couple friends up to celebrate a birthday and engagement, and we had so much fun! Lots of space for everyone. Half of our group skied at Gore, and the other half went and hung out in lake George. It was a great distance to get to the mountain or town in around 20 minutes. They thought of everything you would need from KCups, to makeup wipes. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect for large groups!

This was my first time booking on Vrbo and I'm happy to say the entire process went incredibly well. The house was perfect, the property is gorgeous, the location was awesome and it couldn't have gone better. The hosts made sure we had everything we needed and were easy to communicate with as well! The only feedback I'd give is that there weren't enough hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels on. This house is great for large groups (we had 17 people) spending a long winter weekend together; I can only imagine it's even better when it's summer and the pool is open!

Beautiful house

We stayed at this house for a long weekend. Even though there were about 17 of us, it never felt cramped. The very large couch in the family room combined with the kitchen seating area right there, we were able to frequently be in the same room without issue. Having the basement family room and the upstairs game room was a great way for people to spread out as well. The house was very clean and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen fit our large group with all of the available seating. Nice touches included having toiletries in each bathroom for use. Tori was very accessible and responsive. She had some extra firelogs dropped off for us on the first day. She also had the parking lot salted and cleared while we were there. The house is right within a neighborhood, but most of the rooms face out back towards the river, so you don't really notice when inside. We would definately recommend this house! We were pleasanlty surprised how well it fit all of us!

Ready to book again for next year!!

We saw this house and thought it would be great for our 5 family/17 person group. Ages 47-8. All skiers. Great location between lake george and gore mountain (we visited both while here). The house was INCREDIBLE!!!! It really should be in a magazine! The decor is next level! And the amenities! The owners really do a lot to make the house feel cozy. We used the fireplace and hot tub and both were great! The beds were unbelievably comfortable (and I can say this because I slept in a different bed every night lol! Mommy issues) the shower in the Primary bedroom is next level! Everyone showered in that shower at least once! We cannot wait to come back again next year, and are looking at possible summer dates too! The communication with the owners was almost immediate! Very knowledgeable and very communicative. We got about 6” of snow. The notified us about someone coming to plow and it made the whole process so very easy. Highly recommend.

Beautiful house and perfect location

The house is perfect for family reunions, spacious with a great kitchen, outdoor table, pool, and game room. We loved the house, and the location is perfect. We spent most of our time enjoying the river view with the mountains in the background. The kids loved the game room, the pool, kayaking, and canoeing. This may become our new holiday rental! Oh, and the hosts were amazing! We had some issues with the wifi and they took care of it immediately.

We had an absolutely wonderful long-awaited family vacation at Tori and Justin’s beautiful lake house!The home was perfect with plenty of space for us - a family of 20 comprised of children ages 4 months to 16 years old, parents and grandparents.We spent many enjoyable hours in and around the pool and hot tub, fishing in the lake, and kayaking. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the kitchen beautifully equipped.Tori was extremely communicative and helpful at every turn, including offering additional baby supplies when she learned we had an infant in our group. When we had a temporary challenge with A/C on the lower floor, Justin came right over to check it out and help us rectify it.The location is excellent—only 10 minutes from downtown Lake George but also a welcome respite from the busy, high-traffic tourist area. We even hit Six Flags and white water rafting, both less than 20 minutes away!Thank you Tori and Justin for making ours a fantastic vacation to remember and cherish for many years to come!

Family adventure

We had a wonderful time here at River Bank Lodge. The house never felt small for our family! The grandchildren big & small loved the pool even swimming in the rain! We never let that stop us from have a wonderful time. The hot top was grand for us adults it gave us a time to relax from the outside world. This house was close enough to Lake George to visit and head for the ice cream parlors! Thank you again Victoria for you are the best host!

Great stay

We had such a fun stay at this wonderful property. The pool and hot tub were a major plus, and the house was stocked with lots of children’s toys/items which was helpful for our big group that included kids of different ages. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were nice and spacious! Would definitely recommend!!

A great place for a family getaway.

We rented this house for the weekend for my mom’s 80th birthday. We had 13 people have plenty of space for everybody to spread out and enjoy. Kitchen and living areas were delight. Bedrooms, nice neat and tidy. Great Game room. I’m certain it would be absolutely wonderful during the summer with the pool. The view of the river was breathtaking every morning and the sound of rushing water made. It feel very tranquil. Beautiful home with a great host.

Great stay and host

We had an amazing time. The game room was a great addition for the kids. The kitchen and living areas were spacious. And location to Gore Mountain and Lake George is so close. The host made sure we had everything we needed. She checked in during our stay and after. She was great. And the welcome snack basket was a huge and welcoming surprise.
