  • Tucked away in a secluded location, yet within a few yards of all amenities, and the beach is just 10 miles away.. Ground Floor:

    Bedroom 3: Single (3ft) Bed. Gas central heating, electricity, gas, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. This centrally located, terrace holiday cottage is in the heart of the market town of Wareham, but also benefits from a tucked away position. There are a wide variety of local shops, pubs and restaurants just a few yards away, and the cottage is also just a short drive to the Jurassic Coastline, the famous Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door. The town of Swanage is a seaside town with a beautiful beach, boat trips, Durlston Country Park and steam railway. Monkey World and the Tank Museum are also very close by. The cottage is close to lovely walks, coastal trails and paths, as well as the Tour de Manche cycle route. Wareham Quay and river are less than 100 yards away. For golfers, a golf course can be found less than 1 mile away, although there are several others available within a 15-minute drive. Poole, Bournemouth, Swanage and Studland are all close by with their sandy beaches, perfect for a family day out. Beach 10 miles. Shops 40 yards, pub and restaurant 50 yards.

An easy process when booking.Arrival very easy,everything explained regarding gaining access to our accommodation,which was spotlessly clean.We wanted for nothing,thanks to the generous Welcome Pack.All in all,a good choice of accommodation.One for our return visit diary.

A very nicely presented and equipped property. The only thing that made it good for comfort and equipment rather than excellent was the unpleasant smell on the ground floor - which couldn’t be fixed whilst we were staying. It was also quite difficult to park a large car outside the property.

It’s hard to express how lovely this cottage is, we felt like we were home, instantly feeling comfortable and relaxed. The decor was great all the little touches that made you feel welcome and that’s not including the tea, coffee, cereal, bottle of milk and wine in the fridge, even filling the water jug up and making sure there was washing up liquid and washing powder. They thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. The town itself has so much history and is picturesque, a tad on the expensive side so if you’re hoping for a cheaper holiday then I’d definitely do some cooking in the cottage, which is not an issue with all the utensils there.Lulworth cove is worth a visit and the boat trip to the Durdle door is amazing, also the boat trip from Wareham was really historically interesting. There is so much to do around this stunning place, the tank museum is a must for any army/war history fanatic and that is what took us on this holiday for our sons sixteenth birthday.
