"I liked that it was quieter because it is located off the main drag, the room was fine and they had HBO. Good room rates, but I think you get what you pay for. It is an okay place at a very reasonable price. I did not like that Room 200 is at the top of the metal stairs as it was very noisy as people and kids ran up and down the stairs in the early morning. I do not know how clean the floors were as I wiped up drops of water that had fallen on the bathroom floor and the toilet paper came up black with dirt. We did not have shoes on in the room, but just socks so we were not the ones who tracked the dirt in. Bring slippers or wear socks. I would not walk in the room with bare feet. Also, grout around tile and bathtub was black -not sure if that was mildew or what. Finally, when tried to take a shower, the water ran and ran waiting while I waited for it to get warm. Finally, realized that the hot and cold were switched. I also wish they provided tissues. I am glad they had a fridge, but it made a weird, continuous bubbling noise from the condenser. Thank goodness for the fan on the heat/ac controls. I also wish they provided extra set of towels, as the room service is only every 3 days. After two days, both wastebaskets were full, so I am glad we didn’t stay a 3 day."

"We stayed at this property several years ago and it was starting to look a little "tired". They have greatly improved the rooms however, our TV was not working properly. We asked the staff to take a look but the problem was not resolved. The casino was smokey at check in but we were amazed how fresh and clean it smelled in the early morning by breakfast time. The manager of the restaurant was delightful and she deserves a special thanks. Breakfast portions are hearty!"

"Our room was pretty clean and the bed was comfortable. We stayed in the annex building across the street which was a highway. We needed a plunger and my spouse had to go get it because they didn’t have enough staff. Parking was good and the steakhouse was fabulous. We would stay at here again."

"Some employee, probably a “manager”, was lecturing the person who checked me in about getting email addresses and telephone numbers while I was checking in. It was very unprofessional. Do your lecturing behind the scenes, or at least not right in front of a guest. The guy who checked me in was great though."

"You check in with the video person out of the country. It was very weird. Also there was no hair dryer in our room. I had to go to the office and the video person had to notify a live person to bring me a hair dryer"

"This is an older property just off the main drag. The soundproofing is good and the Wi-Fi works well. They’re still working on some cosmetic things in the room I was in, but I overheard some regular guests saying that they make it a point of staying here every time they’re in the area."
