"The remodeled room was very nice. However, the bathroom sink was very small, causing water to spill over onto the floor. The construction on Mainstreet was a detraction, difficult to have a good night's sleep."

"I stayed at this motel several years ago and due to the horrible condition of the property, vowed never to stay there again. But I checked the most recent reviews and they seemed pretty good. I thought maybe they had updated the place. The room appeared better at first. But apparently they just placed Band-Aids over everything. In the first room, water was literally seeping through the floorboards in the entire room…from the bathroom all the way to the front door. They moved us to a second room. There were visible leaks and sagging on the ceiling in the bathroom. The front door was crooked so the deadbolt wouldn’t lock. Everything was dirty and dingy in general. To make things even more unpleasant, they do not have actual staff at the front desk. You speak to and check-in with someone through a computer from an outsourced call center. However, they did have a staff member available to address the issues with the water leak in the first room. I cannot fathom how this place has received the amount of good reviews it has. I frequently stay at Motel 6, so I know what to except, and the bar isn’t set very high. But this place is just bad. "

"I was put in the other building and it was too much of a pain to cross the street to use the facilities. Also, the other building was not kept up as well as the other. The bed was old and was like sleeping g in a bowl. The pillows were terrible. Very small pillows. I would and will recommend the Copper Queen, but I'll tell everyone to stay in the main building."

"This is an old property, and the new owners are working to improve it and make a good experience for their guests. The check-in was done via texting, and they were very responsive.. The room was clean, and the linens looked very good. They provided a voucher for a free breakfast at a nearby restaurant.. Thank You !"
