Exceptional hotel, loved our stay. Front of house staff are amazing, best service I’ve seen in a long time, credit to the hotel.
Food amazing, Japanese. Beds comfortable, Very clean & smells amazing. I would definitely stay again.

Great, great room upgrade - thank you, loved the view! Emails prior to arrival from hotel as expected from previous stays never received (eg. % off drinks and / or food in bars and restaurant - fyi, we ALWAYS purchased the vouchers). When I queried why no emails were sent at front desk during check-in, two different members of staff tried to explain that it was to do with data protection laws (no, made no sense then or now) and I never got a coherent, logical answer despite several attempts at re-phrasing the question. Still one of my top 5 hotels in central London :-)

Amazing stay, everyone and everything was exceptional. The hotel has a history of opulence and luxury, and it did not disappoint, and the staff are the real heartbeat of this iconic hotel.
