"All was good except for a minor mix up regarding the lockbox. We had been mailed the wrong code, and it took a while on the phone to correct. The facilities were good and looked quite new. The bath/shower was good, although the bath is rather high off the floor (as so often in renovated houses) and although our family did not mind, it might not suit a frail elderly visitor with limited mobility."

"Had a lovely stay at Windsor cottage. Well presented, great amenities and the most comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Slept like a log! Ate out in local restaurants, which were lovely especially Alberto’s Italy. There are a couple of free parking areas in town 5-10 minutes away. During our stay there was a film set in place for Father Brown and a restriction at the end of the road. It didn’t take away from our stay, but was glad of the premier inn parking just a 100m away. "The property is well situated - Plantation Road is a lovely little street with one of the best pubs in Oxford as one of its jewels. This property would be perfect for those wanting to explore Oxford proper. Further, because the two bedrooms are subterranean they would remain cool in the summers in our opinion. "
