"Lovely weekend at Milton Hill the place is lovely and clean although a little worn. The staff were extremely helpful and the food first rate. The spa area was ok but really needed more chairs or lingers as there was nowhere to put your towels while in the pool or jacuzzi etc. it would have been nice to have something to sit on while not using the facilities as there was only 3 tables and six chairs. Apart from that it was great."

"Overall the hotel was a bit tired looking and in need of an update. Bathroom was not as clean as would be expected, particularly around the shower screen where black dirt had accumulated. We appeared to have been upgraded to a larger room, which was appreciated. However one of the sofa seats was worn and ripped. The staff were friendly and helpful but there were no receptionists on the desk at check out."
