"This hotel is very clean and the staff is super nice. We booked a room that didn't have a window and it was a lot smaller than we thought it would be. It was nice to sleep in complete darkness but hard to wake up when you didn't know if it was morning or not (but that is my own fault). We walked everywhere from our hotel. It is right next to the train station which is convenient. "

"The Cumberland was a decent hotel overall. The bed was somewhat comfortable, you could feel its age and the underpinnings were lumpy and uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean but there were spots on the ceiling that raised some eyebrows. Gym was clean and well stocked. Reception was overall very helpful except for delays in housekeeping/maintenance arriving to solve a plumbing issue. Great value for money for London and the location for time of year."
