"The place was very clean and comfortable. I was able to easily check in using the phone app and the apartment came complete with everything that I needed and more! like tea, coffee, bottled water and wifi.
The local area has good transport links and the free parking is definitely useful."

"Comfortable very well equipped chalet. The chalet had everything I needed - kitchen utensils, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. Also tv. Comfortable bed too.
The setting is lovely right on the river bank and useful to have parking right next to the chalet. There was also some outdoor space and walks right from the chalet. "
"For me this room did the job. Parking outside which was great for us as we came from Birmingham. We stayed in room 109 and the only negative about that room is there is no window so the heat and no natural air made things slightly uncomfortable however lovely host gave us a fan the next morning when we asked so my adive would be if you'rte staying in the summer bring a fan or ask for one to make things more comfortable. Other then that was easy to get to, cleaning staff in the morning friendly. Would 100% recommend if you're visiting London and don't mind travelling into London to avoid paying Central London hotel prices"

"This was our second stay at The Royal Oak, and it was just as good as last time. It was very hot weather and the room already had a Dyson fan going when we checked in. We asked for another fan if possible and that was swiftly provided. The staff are so friendly and make staying here a joy. We were early enough to have a meal and take part in the Tuesday Quiz Night (came second, nice prize) and had such a fun evening. Just down the road is Highams Park station which we used to get into central London. So easy to do. Thank you to all the staff that made the stay a great one!"
