"One of my few bad experiences and sadly not recommended at all. Erfurt is a great city to visit and the location of the "hotel" is too. However, this is not a hotel. There is no staff and no/bad information about the basics like breakfast hours etc. Also they charged me twice but when talking to them they denied a refund. After a long dialogue with hotels.com I will get a refund but zero excuse from hotel. No cleaning of rooms during stay and AI response via their so called info channel...

"The hotel was undergoing renovations- they put us on a room with plastic all over the hallway carpets.workers began around 7.30am it was impossible to sleep. The room was very small - no kettle, no fridge, water provided on first day only. Breakfast buffet food was below average - over cooked and cold. While location was excellent - I did not enjoy this hotel at all."
