This is an amazing hotel right in the middle of everything the bus stops right in front the tram stops right in front the park is right there downtown is not far away great place to stay

Clean hotel. 2 sets of bunk beds which was fun for a family of 4 (slightly older kids). Breakfast was good. Location convenient. Parking was super easy to get to. City just a short walk away.

This hotel is right downtown, an easy walk away from the main rail station. It is located on a busy city square full of park benches, outside dining and a tram stop. In just a few hundred meters you will get to the Erfurt Catherdral and other attractions such as the Krämer Brigde. The hotel is brand spanking new and therefore everything looks neat and is on working order. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast is self-serve buffet style with everything you would want to start the day. I can only recommend picking H2 Erfurt for your stay there.

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Lage ist super zentral, die Anbindung an die Stadt ist hervorragend und die Parkgarage ist direkt und unkompliziert erreichbar. Auch ein früherer Check-in war problemlos möglich. Das Zimmer war schön, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Doppelbett war bequem, die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert und auch das WLAN war zuverlässig. Besonders praktisch fand ich die vielen Steckdosen und den vorhandenen Stauraum. Handtücher, Duschtücher, Föhn und Pflegeprodukte waren vorhanden. Sehr schön fand ich auch den Aufenthaltsbereich in der Lobby mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und die großen, abschließbaren Schließfächer. Direkt unter dem Hotel befindet sich außerdem ein REWE, was im Alltag sehr praktisch ist. Das Personal war freundlich und der gesamte Check-in und Check-out unkompliziert. Insgesamt empfand ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis als sehr gut. Eine kleine Besonderheit ist die offene Gestaltung des Badezimmers: Dusche und Waschbereich sind nicht vollständig vom Zimmer abgetrennt. Alleinreisend war das für mich überhaupt kein Problem, zu zweit sollte man sich dessen aber bewusst sein. Insgesamt ein gepflegtes, modernes und unkompliziertes Hotel in sehr guter Lage.

Modernes Hotel. Ich bat vorweg darum, dass mein Zimmer neben dem meines Begleiters sein würde - was im Chat hier bestätigt wurde, aber beim Check-in im Hotel verneint. Die Klimaanlage im ersten Zimmer, das ich bekam, ging nicht aus. Die Frau von der Rezeption stellte sie spätabends mit Sicherung aus. Am nächsten Tag bekam ich ein anderes Zimmer. Die Putzfrauen sind früh morgens schon zu hören.

Besonders gefallen hat mir die hervorragende Lage direkt am Hirschgarten. Von dort erreicht man die Erfurter Altstadt in wenigen Minuten. Das Hotel ist modern, die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist gut, könnte aber etwas abwechslungsreicher sein. Zu Stoßzeiten war aufgrund der knappen Personalbesetzung etwas Geduld erforderlich. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, und ich würde das Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Erfurt weiterempfehlen.

Das Zimmer hatte eine schöne Lage mit tollem Ausblick. Man konnte das Fenster kippen oder alternativ die Klimaanlage nutzen. Die Hotelinfos waren leicht zugänglich und das Parkhaus mit Durchgang war bei Starkregen sehr angenehm. Frühstück inklusive ist heute auch selten und die Auswahl war völlig ausreichend. Man wohnt sehr zentral und der Tipp der Rezeption für das Abendessen ein echtes Highlight. Insgesamt ist das H2 Hotel absolut empfehlenswert sowohl für Kurzreisen auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt.
