"This is a good hotel, especially for the price. It’s a 10 minute walk from central station, 5 minute walk to Mirabelle Gardens, 15-20 minute walk to Old town. There are taxis & Uber readily available if you don’t want to walk. The staff is nice. Rooms are great, especially for European standards. It was huge, clean, comfortable! The breakfast was good & dinner at the restaurant is delicious. Highly recommend this hotel. "

"I stayed 8 nights. The room was clean! So, I’m almost always a return customer to a hotel when I’m in a clean breathable room. There was no carpet, so I did not have to deal with allergy issues. I also loved the hot showers, and the hotel does not skimp on heat in cool months. It was always toasty when walking onto the floor where my room was situated. I would have given staff a 5 but they didn’t all seem to go through the same training. …most staff were warm and extremely helpful (especially the woman who checked me in and the gentleman who checked me out) but twice I asked a question at reception and was met with short responses. Hope management takes note. I would definitely choose this hotel again. "

"Breakfast was not included, but we had both breakfast and a lunch in the Sky Bar rooftop. The staff was incredible from our arrival til we left. Toby helped us get our car to the garage, Michael was my go to for everything! We had an issue with our shower and the maintenance showed up immediately. A day later he gave us help finding a doctor for my friend. Every person at the desk was the most helpful. "
