"Nice roof bar, rooms decent size very convenient for the train station and a nice touch giving us travel cards for our stay. Only real criticism but this may be down to Expedia the room was supposed to have a city view but our room looked out towards the edge of town/airport direction. Also I had to ask for our gold member free drink voucher, otherwise it wasn’t offered. But on the whole a very nice stay"

"The best hotel we stayed so far within our 2-week travel in Europe. Helena is a gem in your hotel. Her help in directing our travels in Salzburg is exceptional. The daily transportation pass provided to us is really a big help and we were able to visit all the places we want to see. It is an excellent service from you! Breakfast is awesome! This hotel is highly recommended! Cherry"

"Our family of 4 enjoyed the two rooms of our suite. The property is very cute. A bus to downtown stops right outside and takes about 10 minutes to the city center or 20 to the train station. Grocery store just a few minutes away. We skipped the breakfast our first morning because it seemed pricey, but splurged the second day and were glad we did—so many options, very high quality, much of it homemade, and delicious!"

"They forgot to give towels and we had to call the hotel to get those. That was a little bit annoying because we arrived late and the hotel reception office was closed. Also in the morning,we went out for breakfast and come back to check out, all the door cards were blocked even after I went to register office to restore the cards,it still can’t open the door."

"Excellent traditional hotel. Wonderful indoor pool to enjoy. Very pleasant breakfast with the eggs and bacon made fresh alongside the buffet which had a large selection to choose from. Very spacious and clean room. Surprisingly very quiet given the location by the airport. Very close to the designer village and connected very well to the main city by tram."

"Clean and comfortable. We liked having lots of windows (including in bathroom) in our family suite. Spacious bathroom. Bring shampoo/conditioner. Breakfast is 22 euro pp so we walked a block and a half for excellent cappuccinos each morning at a local bakery before catching the H1 bus to town (across the street practically and drops you back off almost right in front of hotel - 15-19 min ride)."
