"This is a good hotel, especially for the price. It’s a 10 minute walk from central station, 5 minute walk to Mirabelle Gardens, 15-20 minute walk to Old town. There are taxis & Uber readily available if you don’t want to walk. The staff is nice. Rooms are great, especially for European standards. It was huge, clean, comfortable! The breakfast was good & dinner at the restaurant is delicious. Highly recommend this hotel. "

"Gorgeous building in perfect location! Only one block from the water, 3 min walk to Schloss Mirabell and 15 min or so walk from the main station. Salzburg is incredibly walkable and Villa Carlton is perfectly situated, removed from the main touristy area. Smooth check-in, very friendly and welcoming staff, clean and very spacious room with everything you might need. Loved our stay and will stay there again next time we are in Salzburg. Thank you!"

"Breakfast was not included, but we had both breakfast and a lunch in the Sky Bar rooftop. The staff was incredible from our arrival til we left. Toby helped us get our car to the garage, Michael was my go to for everything! We had an issue with our shower and the maintenance showed up immediately. A day later he gave us help finding a doctor for my friend. Every person at the desk was the most helpful. "
