"The room was clean. The breakfast was really good and the staff was super nice. The only complaint I had was we booked this hotel specially for the indoor pool ao our kids could swim. The water was freezing. It wouldn’t have been any different swimming outside. The temperature was 50 degrees outside. So I feel like I kinda wasted money getting a more expensive hotel when we didn’t even get to use what we went there for. "

"It was hard to get the receptionist on the phone. I had to make multiple calls and the front desk did not have much clue about what was going on on new year's eve."
