"Resort was great, we played Island and Copperhead and both were in great condition. Food was good but breakfast buffet was overpriced and included 20% gratuity for barely any service which seemed excessive. Otherwise, staff and everything was great. The pool area was also nice in between rounds. I would recommend."

"They under sell this place. I was a bit worried not being on a sand beach. One family wanted sand beach one wanted fishing. Fishing pier family won. But sand beach family had the time of their lives. You can go into the sand and get into the clear water with ease. So many fish were seen and dolphins. We had a hot tub question and Bill just came over to show you. Then followed it up to make sure everything was ok and ended up sitting with me Friday morning as I talked his ear off about the area. It was fantastic all around. I’ve rented 20 houses over the years and these hosts esp were the best of them all. House check out process was the simplest I’ve ever had. House pool ocean you name it was 5 star. "

"Fantastic experience here - beautiful yard and pool, kids loved it. Right on the bike path, rode bikes into Dunedin for great lunch. Heated pool and gorgeous large yard made this perfect for kids to play for hours and parents to be happy too. Rose spoonbill flew right over the property! "

We had everything we needed and loved the layout of the home and the outdoor space as well. Betsy was super responsive and so kind! I would highly recommend staying here. Close to Clearwater yet also close to the quieter beaches like honeymoon island. "
